Ceiling fan installation Adelaide, $275 with the fan you've bought
You buy the fan, we fit it: any decent DC fan from a lighting shop. Most fans go where a light was, so the light switch already there is the isolator. Bathroom 3-in-1s, exhaust fans and eave ducting too.
Every price on the website is a quote, not a fixed charge. It assumes a standard single-storey home with the switchboard within reach. When your request comes through, Luke looks it over and sends you a quote to confirm. Once the job is done, that quote becomes your invoice.
Pick yours. Prices include GST.
Add it and it opens in the quote builder, where your quote builds as you go.Every visit has one $165 call-out, covering the trip and the first 30 minutes. It's already inside the first price you see. Anything else on the same visit shares the call-out, so extra jobs are usually cheaper. Appliances and fans are a flat price each.

What's in the price
- Your fan fitted to the existing point, hung, wired, balanced and tested
- Most fans replace a light, so the existing light switch becomes the isolator. No switch there? We fit one and tell you before the day
- A support bracket or hook where the ceiling needs it
- Old fan or light fitting taken down and taken with us, packaging too
- Remote paired and the light tested, nothing left for you to set up
- Licensed electrician on every job
What changes the price
- A fan where there's only a light, or no point at all: new wiring to the fan point, $192.50, as long as the ceiling can take the weight
- Changing a remote fan to a wall control: a cable run to the switch, quoted from a photo
- High or raked ceilings: tell us the room and ceiling height when you book, so we allow the time
- Several fans on the one visit: a flat $275 each
- Fan not bought yet: send us the link before you buy and we'll say if it suits
- Exhaust fan where there's no point yet: cut-out and wiring added, $220

How it works
Three steps, no phone tag.Name, mobile, address, a photo if you have one. Luke texts you back, usually the same working day.
He looks over what you've sent, confirms the price and you pick the day. Nothing changes after that unless we tell you first.
One of the three of us, in one of the three vans. Fitted, tested, certificate of compliance lodged, the old one removed.
Questions people text us
Answered the way Luke answers them.Do I buy the fan or do you supply it?
You buy the fan, we fit it. Any decent DC fan from a lighting shop or hardware store is fine. Send us the link before you buy if you’re unsure. Fan installs are in the quote builder.
Can you fit a remote fan, or change a remote fan to a wall switch?
Yes to both. Remote fans are fitted as they come. Changing a remote fan to a wall switch needs a cable run to the switch, which we quote from a photo.
Does the fan need its own isolating switch or is the remote enough?
Usually the switch is already there. Most fans go where a light was, so the light switch becomes the fan’s isolator and the remote does the speeds. If the fan is going somewhere with no switch, we fit one and tell you before the day.
The fan hums or spins slowly. Can you fix it?
A loud hum or a slow fan is nearly always a failing motor or capacitor, and replacing the fan is cheaper than repairing it. We fit the new one on the same visit.
Can you fit a fan where there’s only a light now?
Yes, as long as the ceiling can take the weight. It needs new wiring to the fan point, which the quote builder adds. Tell us the room and ceiling height when you book.
